On short game weeks such as the one the Bills are facing with their Thursday night matchup with the Jets, the two teams have to submit an injury report even though they’re not conducting full scale practices to let their players rest their bodies. Still, the league mandates that they provide an injury report with an estimated practice status if they actually had a full practice. With that in mind the two players who were considered as non-participants were RB LeSean McCoy and RT Seantrel Henderson, who was absent.

“I think we’ll see how the week goes and I just know that he was wanting to go back in the game, so that was a good sign,” said head coach Rex Ryan of McCoy’s status for this week.

Henderson was missing for reasons that had nothing to do with an injury. We hope to get more details from head coach Rex Ryan when he addresses the media Tuesday at 10:45 am. Sammy Watkins and Cyrus Kouandjio were seen as limited participants.

DID NOT PRACTICE
RB LeSean McCoy – shoulder
RT Seantreal Henderson – not injury related

LIMITED PARTICIPATION
WR Sammy Watkins – ankle
OT Cyrus Kouandjio – knee
