AFC Defensive Player of the month for November, J.J. Watt did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday due to a groin injury. His head coach Bill O’Brien insisted that Watt was fine and would play on Sunday. On Friday the team listed him as probable for the game against the Bills.
Watt practiced for the first time this week on Friday, albeit on a limited basis. Every other player on Houston’s injury report is also listed as probable including top WR DeAndre Hopkins.
