The Bills were hopeful they’d have OT Seantrel Henderson available to them in Sunday’s game against Philadelphia, but he was inactive for the game. Head coach Rex Ryan explained that Henderson had a setback with his illness that kept him out of the Houston game in Week 13.
“He had a setback with his illness. We hope that he’ll be able to return here today hopefully. It’s a concern. The first thing you think of is the young man-that’s the major thing right there-the way it affects his career moving forward-we’ll see,” said Ryan. “I don’t foresee that being a thing he can’t overcome, but right now, it’s kind of going like this for the rest of the season, that’s probably a possibility.”
Jordan Mills has made the last two starts at right tackle in Henderson’s absence.
