Bills TE Charles Clay missed a second straight day of practice Thursday making his status pretty iffy for Sunday along with RB Karlos Williams and LB Nigel Bradham, who are trying to return after missing each of the last two games.
If Clay can’t play Sunday it would be the first game he misses in Bills uniform this season.
“I don’t want to eliminate him, but obviously missing another day of practice it doesn’t look great,” said head coach Rex Ryan of Clay.
As for Williams and Bradham, both were limited again on Thursday, and Ryan is not sure either will be ready for Sunday’s game in Washington.
“Nigel I don’t think… I was more confident earlier in the week than I am now,” Ryan said. “With Karlos it’s going to be one of those iffy things. He looks good. I think his legs are ready, but how he feels with that shoulder is the main issue. We’ll wait a couple of days before we make a determination.”
