There aren’t many with a strong work ethic than Tyrod Taylor, who as we covered on Buffalobills.com today, did it all for Buffalo’s offense in 2015. Now that he’s entering 2016 as Buffalo’s incumbent starting quarterback, he’s more motivated than ever to come in as prepared and ready as possible for the 2016 campaign when players report in April.
Last offseason Taylor worked with two-time NFL MVP Kurt Warner for a brief time last offseason, but he’s unsure if he’ll work with a QB instructor one-on-one again this offseason.
“I haven’t really gotten a chance to reach back out to (Kurt Warner) and talk to him,” said Taylor. “I haven’t thought about that yet. At some point I will. I’ll talk to (quarterbacks) coach (David) Lee, talk to coach Roman, bounce ideas off them and see where we should go as far as that goes.”
The only thing Taylor plans to change about his routine this offseason is to make time to work with some of his offensive teammates, particularly the receivers.
“The only thing that changes is you get a chance to work with the guys you’re going to be playing with,” he said. “I’m looking forward to working with these guys once everyone gets healthy and has time to go back to spend time with their families. I’m looking forward to getting in there and working with these guys.”
