TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin is not seen by many NFL talent evaluators as a legitimate quarterback prospect in the pros, but Boykin will get the opportunity to change some minds at the NFL Combine.
According to Draft Insider, Boykin has been invited to the NFL Combine later this month in Indianapolis and will be one of the quarterbacks. Boykin has been training to make a transition to wide receiver, a move that many scouts have recommended as his best path to a pro career.
At this point however, Boykin will not be running any routes or catching any passes at the Combine. That will have to happen at the TCU pro day and in personal workouts.
