Patricia Kuras, of North Collins, N.Y., recently enjoyed a trip to Hawaii to take part in the NFL All-Star Festivities. Kuras, winner of the Independent Health and Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge, brought her three sons James, Norman and William with her to the Aloha state.
The Independent Health and Buffalo Bills Health & Wellness Challenge, is a six-week long program which promotes healthy living. The campaign offers the Western New York community a fun way to take control of their health and earn prizes along the way. Winners are selected based off of points accrued by participation.
Other challenge winners include Deanna McNair of North Tonawanda, N.Y., who won a trip to watch the Buffalo Bills play the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, England, and Susan Zydel from Hamburg, N.Y., who won a trip to Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Arizona.
For all of those interested in future participation, there will be another challenge coming in spring 2016.
