Some of the top quarterback prospects in recent years who were invited to the NFL Combine chose not to throw. The last couple of years however, almost all QBs, highly touted or not, have participated. Next week all 15 quarterback invites will fully participate in the throwing drills during the workouts in Indianapolis.
