The Buffalo Bills currently have the least salary cap room of any team in the league right now. That will obviously change as the start of the new league year on March 9th draws closer. Under the current CBA each NFL club has thet option to carry over unused cap space from the prior League Year and the Bills have done so to improve their current fiscal situation.
The Bills exercised their right to carry over the $4.4M in unused space from the 2015 year to make use of in 2016. Every NFL club carried over at least some of the monies from 2015 available for carry over. Buffalo was just under the league average of $6.4M.
