Ohio State QB Cardale Jones was the only quarterback not to throw Saturday during on field workouts at the NFL Combine. Jones sustained an injury on his second attempt of the 40-yard dash and at that point chose not to participate in the field throwing portion of the workout for quarterbacks.

I’m unclear on injury.</p>— Kimberly Jones (@KimJonesSports) <a href=”https://twitter.com/KimJonesSports/status/703628724210683904″>February 27, 2016</a></blockquote>
No word at this point as to the nature of Jones’ injury. Jones did have a 36-inch vertical leap, tied for best among quarterbacks, and a 4.81 40 time.
