Bills players have been on site for the last few weeks doing weight training and conditioning work on the field without coaches, and classroom work with coaches. But today (Monday) begins phase two of the offseason program.
Under CBA rules, over the next three weeks of the program players can participate in on-field workouts that may include individual player instruction and drills as well as team practice conducted on a “separates” basis. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.
Buffalo’s OTA practices begin in two weeks on Monday May 23rd.
