The Bills are slowly getting some healthy bodies back. Veteran OLB Manny Lawson practiced on a limited basis Tuesday, but he’s still not all the way back. That’s why head coach Rex Ryan does not believe Lawson will be suiting up for Saturday’s preseason game against the Giants.
“I don’t think he’ll play this week. I think it’s probably a little too early, you know, for him playing this week,” Ryan said. “What the future holds after that? I guess that’s a possibility. I’m encouraged by the fact that he’s out there right now.”
Lawson suffered a partially torn pectoral muscle just before training camp during a personal workout.
