Coming out of last Sunday’s win over Arizona, Kyle Williams was credited with four tackles, a sack and a pair of quarterback hits. On Wednesday the league made a scoring change to boost Williams stats even more.
At the 8:04 mark of the first quarter of last Sunday’s game, Williams teamed up with Lerentee McCray for a sack of Carson Palmer. However, upon further review it’s clear that Williams was responsible for the sack from the beginning, so the league instead of giving Williams a half sack is awarding him the whole sack.
So Williams finished the game with 1.5 sacks.
That brings Williams career sack total with the Bills to 37 to put him in a tie for eighth place on the Bills all-time list with Sherman White.
