In the last three wins the Bills have averaged a little over 178 yards per game rushing. They’ll no doubt aim to do that again today against San Francisco, a team that ranks 31st in run defense and surrenders more than 145 yards on the ground per game. LeSean McCoy should have a day if recent history for the 49ers is any indication.
Below is a list of the last four running backs that have faced San Francisco and their individual rushing totals as we pointed out in our Scouting Report this week.
Wk 2: Fozzy Whittaker 100 yards
Wk 3: Christine Michael 106 yds 2 TDs
Wk 4: Ezekiel Elliott 138 yds TD
Wk 5: David Johnson 157 yds, 2 TDs
