Among the 30 tryout players for the Bills a couple that I thought showed some promise were Florida St. product De’Cody Fagg and 6’1″ WR, and Washington St. QB Gary Rogers.
Rogers throws a nice looking ball and has great size at 6’5″ and 243 pounds. He has a poise to him and knows when to put a little more on a pass and when to take a little off. Of the three tryout QBs on hand he’s looked the best thus far.
Fagg is an interesting story since he’s spent the past year rehabbing his knee after undergoing surgery following his horrific knee injury during his workout at the combine while going over the middle for a pass. He has a long injury history, but he’s working out and his advantage is his route running appears just a tad more polished than most of the other tryout players.
