With the signing of free agent RB Justise Hairston, the Bills offsesason roster is at its limit of 80 players. But the makeup of the roster figures to change in the near future.
That’s because currently Buffalo’s eight draft picks do not count toward the 80-man roster total until they sign their rookie contract. To this point none of the Bills’ draftees have done so.
When they do begin to sign they will then count toward the roster total and other players will have to be clipped from the roster to keep the squad at the limit of 80 players.
