Once again members of the Monday Quarterback Club have been invited by the Bills to attend an evening practice session on Thursday, July 30, at the Bills Verizon Wireless Training Camp. If you’re not a member, you may want to read further to see what benefits they enjoy based on their close relationship with the team.
They’ll get free bus transportation to camp on a first come basis. The event includes a reception, food and special seating. Members of the media and Bills’ staff will also be in attendance. Last year Bills COO/GM Russ Brandon spoke and took questions. Myself and WGR’s Paul Hamilton also answered questions from the membership about the team later.
Attendees must be members of the Monday Quarterback Club to attend. The Monday Quarterback Club was founded by area community leaders in 1960, and hosts five luncheons during the season and several special events throughout the year.
All programs feature a prominent guest speaker and provide an up-close look at the Bills. Last year NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was a keynote speaker. Those interested in attending this event and joining the Monday Quarterback Club can call 693-3807 or visit the Club web site at www.mondayqbc.com
