Marcus Stroud’s strained hamstring could keep him on the shelf up to a week.
Head coach Dick Jauron said his defensive tackle could be out from 5-7 days with the ailment. Stroud himself called the injury minor after tweaking his hamstring in practice Saturday afternoon.
Spencer Johnson has been playing in his place with the first unit.
In other injury news, it appears that Justise Hairston’s season is over. The running back was injured during individual position drills in the first practice Saturday morning and did not return. Jauron indicated that the injury could be season ending.
