Whitner on team’s playoff chances

After making his playoff guarantee in 2008, Donte Whitner was asked what he thought about the squad this year and whether it was playoff caliber.

“Yeah, I think this is a playoff team, and everybody else around here has said it and I believe that,” said Whitner. “We just have to put the pieces together and continue to work hard together, continue to compete and most importantly, stay healthy and I believe we can make that run.”
