Bills practice squad OL Andre Ramsey was promoted to the 53-man roster Friday. If he dresses for Sunday’s game he’ll wear jersey number 75.

Ramsey replaced Demetrius Bell, whose knee injury finally landed him on injured reserve joining fellow linemen, Eric Wood, Seth McKinney and Brad Butler. He’s now the 15th player to go on injured reserve this season.
