According to NFL.com Bill Cowher is reaching out to potential assistant coaches.

The report from NFL.com’s Steve Wyche indicates that Cowher is trying to gauge what kind of coaching staff he could assemble should he elect to take one of the NFL head coaching jobs that will be available after this weekend’s slate of games.
