In what is quickly becoming a quarterback meet-and-greet at the NFL Combine, Central Michigan prospect Dan LeFevour is the latest QB who has confirmed he will not throw in Indy later this week.
LeFevour told NFLDraftBible.com that he’ll do every physical test except throwing drills. He’s also undecided as to whether or not he’ll do the bench press.
The former Chippewa intends to throw at his pro day, which is becoming more and more of a common practice for quarterbacks.
Agents generally prefer to have their clients throw at their pro day with receivers that they’re familiar with having been former teammates. It’s all about a comfort zone to put on the best display as possible.
