DE Green off the market
Posted by on March 9, 2010 – 3:38 pmThe New England Patriots lost a piece of their defensive front in free agency Tuesday.
Free agent DE Jarvis Green has signed a four-year deal with Denver, which also plays a 3-4 front. That according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. New England has played more 4-3 in recent years as they switch back and forth. Green became a starter after the trade of Richard Seymour last year.
Ron Brace is a second-round pick from 2009 that could factor into filling Green’s role for the Pats.
