In round seven the Bills have taken a signal caller landing Troy QB Levi Brown. Here’s what Buffalo scout Shawn Heinlen said about Brown.
“Raw prospect coming from their spread offense at Troy,” said Heinlen. “He has a lot of tools to work with. He has good size, good enough athlete. A step below the top athletes. Good arm strength. Was a winning QB there for them after transferring from Richmond. Stepped up and showed very well. He played okay in the games against the better competition, Troy was kind of overmatched up front. Good intangibles and has progressed as the process has gone on in the spring.”
He’s a developmental prospect, but has the physical tools to succeed at the NFL level.
