Favorite had a tough go
Posted by on May 11, 2010 – 4:39 pmThe Bills first of two roster moves coming out of their rookie minicamp was to waive DL Marlon Favorite. Viewed as a possible nose tackle candidate, Favorite was kicked out to right defensive end in the minicamp.
Favorite at 6’1″ and 317 is too squatty to play end in a 3-4 and is not a good match in space. He is best standing inside and grinding. But the Bills likely feel they have enough of those candidates in Kyle Williams, Torell Troup and Lonnie Harvey.
Rashaad Duncan might also be part of that mix, although he saw most of his time at defensive end as well in the 3-4 over the weekend.
