At the close of practice Sunday two of Buffalo’s quarterbacks decided to have a throwing contest to see who could throw it further.
Ryan Fitzpatrick and Levi Brown squared off and went through two rounds of throws. Buffalobills.com was not on hand to witness the competition, but Fitzpatrick stated to Buffalobills.com that he outthrew Brown with his longer throw going for 73 yards.
To be fair I sought out a second source for accuracy of the competition. In speaking briefly with Levi Brown he explained that there were two rounds to the competition.
“I won the first one and he won the second one, and he got lucky,” said Brown with a smirk. “I wanted to go a third round to determine a winner in a best of three, but he didn’t want to.”
We’ll try to be on hand to witness the next competition if there is one.
