Bills OLB Chris Kelsay, who was held out of the first preseason game, due to a shoulder injury suffered on the first day of camp, is fully expecting to suit up on Thursday night. How much is the question.
“I’m expecting to play as much as they expect out of me,” he said. “Health wise, I feel great. I’m in good shape. So, neither of those two issues are a concern for the team. [They’re more of a concern] for them. So, the rest of the guys, the guys that play a lot – the guys are playing for week one [of the regular season] – when they tell us enough is enough, that’s when we come off the field. Until then, I plan on playing as long as I can.”
The starters are expected to see a bit more time than they did in the first preseason game, which was close to a quarter and a half for most of them.
