The Miami Dolphins continue to tinker with their roster as they announced the release of veteran C Jake Grove Thursday.
Grove lost the starting center job to Joe Berger coming out of the preseason, which was complicated by a shoulder injury. Grove’s injury history likely played a role in his release.
The Dolphins replaced him on their roster with six-year veteran guard Cory Proctor, who they had released over the weekend in final cuts.
