Bills 2010 Wall of Fame honoree Booker Edgerson will be the guest of honor at the Monday Quarterback Club luncheon Oct. 4th the day after his name is unveiled on the Bills Wall of Fame.
Heralded as “one of the most underrated star players to ever wear a Buffalo Bill uniform” by Buffalo News sportswriter Mark Gaughan, Edgerson had 23 interceptions and was an instrumental member of the Bills’ 1964-65 championship teams.
The luncheon, sponsored by Time Warner Cable, will be held on Monday, Oct. 4th, the day following the Bills home game against the New York Jets. It will be held at the Harbour Club at HSBC Arena, with doors open at 11: 15 am for a buffet lunch, and the program following at
John Murphy, Voice of the Bills and Sports Director at WIVB TV, will serve as emcee. Other attendees will include Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. owner of the Bills. The event is open to Mon-dayQuarterback Club members and their guests. The Western New York media is invited.
