Bills LB Arthur Moats was back practicing on a limited basis Monday, but that could soon change.
“We had almost the full complement (of players) out there,” said head coach Chan Gailey. “We had a couple of players miss that we knew (about), but I think we’ll even get Moats back on Wednesday.”
What Gailey meant by that comment was that Moats could be full go as early as Wednesday, coming off an elbow injury that he sustained in the Jets game in Week 4.
“It’s going to take a little bit of time conditioning-wise,” said Moats. “It felt good to get out there and do something instead of watching film and watching practice all the time.”
Moats is hopeful he’s healthy enough to play this weekend against Baltimore as this will be the closest NFL venue to his hometown of Portsmouth, Virginia. The rookie LB already has about 25 ticket requests for Sunday’s game.
The only other non-participants Monday were Cornell Green and Terrence McGee.
