Sports Illustrated columnist Peter King gave a tip of the cap to Stevie Johnson in his Tuesday Morning QB column.
King gave credit, as many local reporters have, to Johnson for choosing on his own to go to the lectern in the post game media room and face the music after the most humbling game of his young career. He got big points in my book for that move. It was clear he had just composed himself after being very upset, but he answered everything and pointed at no one other than himself for his disappointing performance.
By this Sunday it’d be hard not to expect a more motivated than ever Stevie Johnson.
