Browns starting QB up in air
Posted by on December 8, 2010 – 1:00 pmCleveland head coach Eric Mangini has had veteran Jake Delhomme start at quarterback the past two games while Colt McCoy has been trying to recover from a high ankle sprain suffered Nov. 21st against Jacksonville.
Mangini however, is not ruling McCoy out yet for this week’s game against the Bills.
“Colt worked more yesterday and that looked pretty positive so I’m hoping he’s going to be able to practice at some point this week,” said Mangini. “We’ll just have to see. Each week we get closer and he definitely made some strides from last week and where he is now.”
If McCoy cannot play this week, Delhomme would make his third straight start and fourth of the season.
