WR David Nelson is slowly but surely adapting to the cold weather Buffalo dishes out late in the season.
A Texas native that played his college ball at the University of Florida, Nelson is doing his best to get accustomed to the wintry conditions that have enveloped Buffalo over the past week.
“That’s taken some getting used to,” he said. “It’s been a process. I’ve got some boots finally, I’ve got some gloves. Being from down south my entire life I’m a little thin-blooded, so it takes me a little while to get warm. I’m getting used to it slowly but surely.”
Nelson caught his first career touchdown pass last week in the loss to the Vikings.
