Auburn DL Nick Fairley, who has been as dominant as they come, is apparently biding his time on declaring.
ESPN college football reporter Joe Schad said as much on his twitter account.
schadjoe Nick Fairley said he’ll wait to make NFL decision. Well, maybe till Tuesday.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen believes the decision could come today as well believing he’ll be telling his coach Gene Chizik he’s turning pro in the span of 3.5 seconds.
If Fairley declares he’s expected to be a top 3 pick. This season Fairley put himself in the upper echelon of dominant defensive linemen, similar to that of Ndamukong Suh a year ago. Suh went second overall to Detroit in the 2010 NFL draft.
