The Senior Bowl has added another top defensive tackle to their lineup of players for next weekend’s game (Jan. 29th).

Senior Bowl officials announced the addition of Oregon State DT Stephen Paea (pronounced PIE-UH). Considered a late first round pick, Paea (6’1″ 312) was the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year. He’s expected to be a part of the North team. Buffalo’s coaching staff will be handling the South team.

He was also named a first team All-American this season after totaling 45 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss and six sacks.  He also finished his career with a school-record nine forced fumbles.

Paea leaves Oregon State tied for 8th in school history in career sacks (14) and tackles for loss (29.5).
