With a little over a week to go before the NFL Combine begins, one of the prospects at the top of most draft boards is still a question mark as to whether he’ll participate in the workout drills or not.
Clemson DE Da’Quan Bowers had arthroscopic surgery on his knee right after the Tigers bowl game in January. According to DraftInsiders.net, which first reported the surgery, Bowers played most of the season with a torn lateral meniscus.
He’s reportedly preparing for the combine post surgery, but whether he chooses to work out remains to be seen. If he chooses not to work out at the Combine, the Clemson pro day is when he’d likely do so next month.
