After the NFL combine QB Jake Locker is going to be working with a former Jets starting quarterback to sharpen his game.
“I’m working with Ken O’Brien right now in Irvine, California,” said Locker. “I’ll be out there for a couple of more weeks before I head up to Seattle and throw with the receivers I’ll throw with on my pro day.”
O’Brien is from the heralded quarterback class of 1983 which included Jim Kelly, John Elway and Dan Marino. Locker said he’ll be working on his movement and throwing in the pocket and his accuracy, which has been one of the bigger criticisms to his game.
