QUOTE OF THE DAY
GM Buddy Nix on the plans for acquiring QB depth (as told to Shredd and Ragan on 103.3 The Edge on May 2, 2011)   —  “We’re going to get two more quarterbacks. We’re going to try to get one in free agency to be a backup and a guy that can go in and play. He’ll compete for the job, but he’ll at least be a guy that can start a game for us and give us a chance to win.”  – For a look at the team’s plans for the quarterback position post-draft read Chris Brown’s story
