For the first time since he broke his hand early in training camp NT Torell Troup is going to take the field without anything on it but some athletic tape.
“We’re going to give it a go today in practice and see how it goes,” Troup told Buffalobills.com prior to Wednesday’s practice.
Troup has been practicing and playing with a giant taped up club on his right hand since he broke a tiny bone in the middle of his hand the first week of training camp. The prognosis gave Troup a good chance to shed the cast by the season opener, and if all goes well in practice today it looks as though that will be the case.
“I worked so much on my hands this offseason that it’s going to be exciting to have both of them to work with again,” Troup said.
