Bills top wideout Stevie Johnson is probable for Sunday’s game against the Patriots.
Johnson is still dealing with a nagging groin injury, but practiced fully for a second straight day after sitting out Wednesday’s practice.
From the beginning of the week, Johnson insisted that he will be on the field on Sunday, and it appears as though that will be the case.
For the first time this season Torell Troup may also be available. The defensive tackle’s lower back flared up in Week 1 and only now is it right. Troup practiced fully all week long and should be back in his rotational role at nose tackle behind Kyle Williams.
Spencer Johnson is also expected to play. Coming off a hip injury last Sunday, Johnson practiced fully on Thursday and Friday and is expected to go. He too is listed as probable.
