BDC 11/15: Dareus at Tops tonight

— Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Marcell Dareus is teaming up with zero calorie Pepsi MAX and Tops Friendly Markets to celebrate the new Pepsi MAX NFL Rookie cans. Dareus joins nine other NFL rookies from across the league who will be featured on their own Pepsi MAX can. The NFL Rookie edition of Pepsi MAX will be available for a limited time at participating retailers. 

Dareus will meet with fans and sign autographs for up to 90 minutes, and is available for program related interviews and photo opportunities upon request. Dareus will be at Tops Friendly Markets in West Seneca today, 5:30-7:00 PM.

The 2011 NFL Rookie Pepsi MAX cans will feature Marcell Dareus, Buffalo Bills, Terrell McClain, Carolina  Panthers,   Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals, Greg Little, Cleveland Browns, DeMarco Murray, Dallas Cowboys, Titus Young,  Detroit Lions, Christian Ponder, Minnesota Vikings, Stevan Ridley, New England Patriots, Danny Watkins, Philadelphia Eagles, and Austin Pettis, St. Louis Rams.

The Pepsi MAX Rookie can series is part of the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week/Year program, which allows fans to vote each week and at the end of the season for the best rookie in the league at or Pepsi is the official soft drink of the NFL.

On how the team gets back its momentum:
I think that’s a great question and I’m not sure anybody has the answer. I think you have to put in the time and the work, and you have to try to gain confidence because confidence is a fleeting thing. You have to try to gain confidence via knowledge. That’s the only way you have to know what you’re supposed to do and then go do it. We’ve got to get back to being a more consistent football team as we were in the first part of the year, especially offensively.
