The Denver Broncos are unlikely to see any snow during their time in Buffalo with temps expected in the mid 30’s to low 40’s this weekend. But an overnight snowstorm in Denver forced the team indoors for Thursday’s practice.
That according to the Denver Post, which is reporting that the team was forced to practice in their indoor facility, which is just half the size of a regular field. Willis McGahee reportedly practiced again on a limited basis.
Per the Post’s report, this is the first time the Broncos have ever had to conduct a full practice on the indoor field, which is typically avoided because of the size limitations of the facility.
Despite the 10 inches of snow that fell in the Denver area overnight, the team is still scheduled to depart on time this afternoon for Buffalo. The Broncos typically leave a day earlier than normal for games in the eastern time zone.
