Miami of Ohio OL Brandon Brooks made the most of his pro day Thursday after not being invited to the NFL Combine.
According to DraftInsider.net’s Tony Pauline, Brooks is the highest rated prospect that wasn’t invited to Indy. At 6’5″ 346 pounds, Brooks impressed in testing with 36 reps on the bench, 32-inch vertical leap, 8’9″ broad jump, a 4.52-second short shuttle and a 4.98 40-time.
His 4.52 short shuttle was better than any offensive lineman at the Combine. A guard prospect, Brooks has been forecast as a fourth-round pick.
