Posted by Bills Daily Charge on April 4, 2012 – 9:13 am

DAILY REPORT
–22 days until the 2012 NFL Draft

–The Buffalo Bills and Delta Sonic will send one lucky fan to New York City to announce the Bills 4th round draft pick on Saturday, April 28th. Fans can enter on facebook.com/buffalobills and facebook.com/DeltaSonicCarWash.  Contest ends Tuesday, April 10th at 5pm.

–According to NikeInc.com, “the Buffalo Bills chose to take full innovation in the Nike Elite 51 football uniform. The Bills design aesthetic will stay true to years past while updating the color-blocking in the neckline in order to accommodate the Nike Flywire technology to reduce weight and provide a lockdown fit over the pads. Designed and engineered from the inside out, the new uniform focuses on creating a system where the baselayer, padding, jersey and pant work in concert. A few of the new innovations include increasing sleeve articulation for better range of motion and integrating new four-way stretch fabrication to provide a streamlined shrink-wrap fit.” Click here to see more Bills uniform facts from Nikeinc.com>>>

QUOTE OF THE DAY
S George Wilson
On being a part of the Nike uniform unveiling (via Bills Focus on Buffalobills.com):
“It’s just a great opportunity to come out and be a part of showcasing the partnership between the NFL and Nike and just helping them modernize our game. You see that through the technology and the work that Nike’s been putting into these uniforms. I believe they’ve been working on them for about five years now. There’s been a lot of work going on behind-the-scenes at Nike and the NFL to make today happen.”
