QUOTE OF THE DAY
RB C.J. Spiller
On if he feels the 2012 season can be a playoff year:
Every year we have high expectations. It’s just a matter that we had some big time names added to our roster during the offseason. Every year we’re expecting to make the playoffs and make a run. But we don’t want to just get to the playoffs. We’re trying to get to the Super Bowl. Why get to the playoffs if you’re not trying to win it? That’s what we talk about – being champions. If you’re not trying to be a champion then you’re in the wrong business.” – On SiriusXM NFL Radio Blitz with Rich Gannon & Adam Schein

PHOTOS OF THE DAY

The Buffalo Bills presented former St. Bonaventure standout Andrew Nicholson with a Bills No. 44 jersey during last night’s NBA Draft. Nicholson was selected by the Orlando Magic with the No. 19 pick.

Tomorrow, June 30, the Buffalo Niagara Sports Commission, the Town of Orchard Park and Eclipse Multisport are hosting a running event named the “50 Yard Finish.”  The two races offered will begin on Abbott Road in front of Ralph Wilson Stadium, and finish on the RWS 50 yard line.
