Barnett practices thru stitches

Bills LB Nick Barnett suffered a small gash on his forearm in practice Saturday, but didn’t miss any of his assigned reps in practice Monday after requiring some stitches to close up the wound.

“Yeah, he got cut on his arm the other night and he had a couple of stitches in there,” said head coach Chan Gailey. “I do not think he missed a rep today. That was impressive.”

Barnett told Buffalobills.com that his forearm was cut open when it collided and scraped across a rivet on an offensive player’s helmet.
