There were multiple reports on twitter that the Bills were trying to acquire Seattle QB Tavaris Jackson in a trade. Now ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that a deal has been struck.
Adam Schefter Seattle has agreed to trade QB Tarvaris Jackson to Buffalo for a draft pick, but Bills and Jackson still trying to finalize new contract.
NFL.com’s Michael Lombardi and CBS Sports Jason LaCanfora were first reporting that the Bills were in talks with the Seahawks. We’ll let you know if there are any official developments. Per Schefter’s report the deal wouldn’t be consummated unless an agreement on a new contract between the Bills and Jackson can be reached.
