BDC 3/11: Bills Agree to Terms with McKelvin

DAILY REPORT
–The Buffalo Bills announced Saturday that the team has agreed to terms to re-sign CB Leodis McKelvin. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. McKelvin holds the franchise record for punt return average with a 16.33 mark (39 for 637 yards) with three touchdowns and has returned 91 kickoffs for 2,407 yards (26.5 average) and one touchdown in his career.
–Beginning at 12:00 midnight ET on Saturday, March 9 and ending at 3:59:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 12, clubs are permitted to contact, and enter into negotiations with, the certified agents of players who will become Unrestricted Free Agents upon the expiration of their 2012 Player Contracts at 4:00 p.m. ET on March 12. However, a contract cannot be executed with a new club until 4:00 p.m. ET on March 12.
