They’re usually out on the road at college campuses in the fall or watching pro days in the spring, but for the next two weeks Bills college scouts will be holed up in Buffalo’s draft room leading up to the 2013 NFL draft.
Buffalo’s college scouts all arrived in town on Wednesday and for the next two weeks will conduct pre-draft meetings in which they’ll make any final adjustments to the team’s draft board. Most adjustments if any will be minor. They’ll also map out different scenarios for how the early stages of the first round will fall prior to their pick at 8.
Final follow up background checks on any prospects with any medical or rehab situations or off the field issues will also be completed.
