MARIO WILLIAMS, Bills Defensive End on mentoring the rookies:
“We always say, our mentality this year is you’ve got to be out there showing us that you’re a Bill. The biggest thing is we’re bringing you along. You’re young and you’re running around and you’re hungry, but you’ve got to show that you’re ready to come out and play with us. So that’s how we push our young guys and how we stay on them and keep them motivated and keep them moving.” –  via 5/22
